Frequently Asked Questions

Standard sizes average bodies. We don't. We recommend a fit based on your height, build, and proportion, and express it as a Fit Code instead of S/M/L...

Your Fit Code represents how a garment is engineered for your body-using height, build, and proportion.

It's not a size. It's a system.

A Fit Code is your fit identity, represented in three parts:

Example: C–Σ–2

It tells us how a garment should be engineered for your body.

We intentionally avoid standard size labels because they hide important differences between bodies. Internally, the system uses precise measurements. Externally, we use Fit Codes to keep the experience simple and consistent.

No. We do not recommend compromise fits. If your Fit Code isn't available, we'll tell you clearly and offer a waitlist instead of pushing a "closest size".

You'll see a waitlist option. We'll notify you when your Fit Code opens. We do not take payment for unavailable fits.

Yes. Your Fit Code is saved with your profile and order history, so you don't have to repeat the fit journey each time.

That's okay. Fit is personal. You can recheck your inputs or reach out to us before ordering-we're happy to help.
